Kimberly Halsey is the founder of New Port Richey Acupuncture and a Florida certified licensed Acupuncture Physician and Doctor of Oriental Medicine. She holds a Bachelors degree in Professional Health science and a master’s degree in Oriental Medicine. She graduated with honors from a prestigious college in Sarasota Florida. She has a passion to balance the imbalances of the physical, mental and emotional ills of our cultural diseases and disfunctions through natural means. She began contributing in 1995 in the study of physical therapy and has dedicated 10 years of working within a vast gamet of arenas in this field such as rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, intesive care, neuro-intensive care, orthopedic sports rehab, geriatric, pediatric, cardiac care, wound care and burn unit. After serving in hospitals and clinics as a PTA she wanted to continue her medical education in the realm of natural medicine. She advanced her training at the Florida Institute of Traditional Chinese medicine in St Petersburg Florida in 2002, continuing at East West college of natural medicine in Sarasota Florida.
